The American Community Survey (ACS) helps local officials, community leaders, and businesses understand the changes taking place in their communities.

NAR's membership is composed of residential and commercial brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in the real estate industry.

PD&R is responsible for maintaining current information on housing needs, market conditions, and existing programs, as well as conducting research on priority housing and community development issues.
